Make sure to try out their popular “soft serve” ice cream, which is served with whipped cream. Van der Linde’s ice cream is so good, it’ll make you want to come back for more.

Tip: Do keep in mind to bring cash money to buy your ice cream, as they only accept cash.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Amsterdam is definitely Gustatio. Believe me, you will want to come back. As soon as possible.

They serve absolutely delicious seafood pastas, but also tagliatelle with ragu, red wine and parmesan. Please try the pistacchio mousse when you’re here, it’s amazing.

I’m almost 100% sure you won’t regret visiting this small restaurant. Their food makes me feel like I’m back in Italy. And their staff is very friendly and accommodating too. It’s the perfect place to visit with your significant other.

Besides, it’s located on the Overtoom, so there are plenty of nice bars in the area to have a few drinks afterwards.

3 days is definitely enough in Amsterdam. Getting around by public transport in Amsterdam is very easy and convenient, so you’ll be able to explore lots of things while you’re here for three days. Distances aren’t too far from each other either.

If you have more time to spare, you could easily spend at least 5 days in Amsterdam, as there are loads of things to do here.

However, if you only have three days, this will also be enough to still have a great time in Amsterdam and to discover many of the things it has to offer.
